在济南汽车音响改装电路中,各部分电路出现异常所表现的故障现象,一般都有其规律性。从大量纳检修实例来看,故障发生的原因及部位均有相似之处,一般有以下几种情况。

3.功率放大器故障。功率放大器是汽车收放机故障率最高的部分(占检修故障的80%以上),很多故障都是因为功放集成块被击穿引起的。究其原因不外乎两种情况:一是汽车发电机电压调节器不良,引起电源电压上升过高,发生过压或过载而损坏;二是汽车电机产生的瞬态峰值电压将集成块击穿。

5.其它易损件故障。汽车收音机中的电位器也是较容易损坏的元件之一,电位器的损坏主要是带开关的音量及音调电位器, 主要表现为接触不良、转轴断裂等。若电位器转轴断裂应更换;若电位器内部接触不良,可先滴入少量机油并转动几次,如果仍接触不良,就是膜片与触点磨损太 多,应更换新件。
